This policy applies to all information collected or submitted on Action Packed’s website and our apps for iPhone and any other devices and platforms.

Information we collect

The Action Packed app uses receipt information to verify subscriptions via web servers and we use a device-specific push notification token in order to synchronize information across devices. We store subscription information, such as the expiration date, on the device.

On our website, we optionally collect e-mail addresses of users who would like information about our app. We may place these e-mail addresses on a mailing list platform run by a third-party to send these e-mails. We do not share this information with any other third parties.

Technical details

Action Packed uses Apple’s CloudKit framework to synchronize across different devices, which makes use of a push notification token.

Action Packed uses Apple’s In-App Purchase (IAP) system to process subscriptions. This system provides receipts which we verify on our servers.

Information usage

We may disclose the information we hold in response to legal requirements, to protect our business, or to prevent individuals from harm.

We may also be acquired by or merged with another business and user information may be included in the transaction.

Security

We use industry standard techniques to secure your information, including the use of HTTPS to transmit information.

Subscriptions

Action Packed offers an annual Pro Subscription which will automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renew in your iTunes Account Settings.

The subscription allows you to create and remove custom actions.

Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the subscription period. The account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.

If the subscription expires, actions which were created during the subscription period will still be accessible in the My Actions tab, but it will not be possible to change or remove them.
